Denver, CO (AP) The first of Denver’s two low-security door systems that will be up and running this year is ready for installation, the city said Friday.
Kylsyth’s low-tech security doors, which have a sensor in their doors, are designed to be used in conjunction with a smartphone app.
The doors can be used to access locked and unlocked homes, as well as cars, schools and other public spaces.
The doors have been installed in several Denver neighborhoods, including the north side, east side, west side and northwest side.
The city says they are expected to be operational this summer.
